The Fourth Chakra Our Heart

The fourth chakra, the chakra of the heart, is the place where resides our Spirit, our true Self, which is eternally pure and unaffected by anything, like a shining diamond hidden within us which witnesses all our actions. After Self Realization, our attention becomes for the first time connected to our Spirit and we gradually become aware of it. Our misidentifications with our ego or conditionings drop and we start becoming identified with our Spirit, which is our true nature.

ENERGY…we may not know what it is, but we know when we have it… and especially when we don’t have it!

As medicine begins to catch up with physics, a new era in healthcare is emerging where Bio-energetic  promotes the healing process by stimulating the healing ability of the body. Your body is designed to heal itself. Einstein demonstrated through his equation (E=MC2) that energy is matter, and matter is energy. Therefore, if we are energy, then our physical state should also be influenced by energy. Unfortunately, we live in a world that continuously interferes with this natural healing capacity, through the modern day stresses of biochemical toxins and electromagnetic pollution. The concept of energy medicine is that energy systems are the infrastructure of the body and energy is the medicine. When your energy is vibrant, so is your body!

Breath Tapping into our Energy

Conscious breathing is a process that uses the breath under the guidance of a skilled breath practitioner. This process allows for the personal exploration into the unconscious emotional software and energies that are influencing you in ways that undermine your full potential. Many people are in denial about the nature of their inner emotional matrix and have an aversion to delving into what they think may be a heart of darkness. Some people are in denial about the fact that any inner problem may exist. Even if no deep emotional experiences stand out in your awareness because they are made invisible by the veiling power of denial, let me assure you they do exist. They exist from events in this life and they exist from past lives as well, influencing you in this life because they are closely linked to the karma of this incarnation. They have to be taken out of the darkness of your unconscious mind and emotional matrix and brought into your awareness, so you can release the pain and understand the causes of how this pain was influencing your life from that hidden place inside.

Many people want to feel love inside but instead feel numb. The reason for this numbness is because of denial and the many layers of past emotional experiences that block our access to the love within us. We are all worthy of love and long to experience the depths of love we intuitively know exist within. The problem is that until we delve into the emotional matrix and release from our subtle body the toxic emotions, traumas, pain, fear and denial, we will never get to the love. It is the entrance into the underworld of mythology in which the hero must enter if he is ever to regain the light of his tormented soul. It is our birthright to live life to our fullest potential, with a deep love and connected-ness to all living things, especially to each other.

POWER The Third Chakra

The third chakra is a sunny bright yellow in color. Its element is fire, and it is housed in the solar plexus. It resonates on the musical scale with the note "e". When the third chakra is engaged with another, sparks fly. We've met our match. It has to do with will, personal power, the warrior aspect, commitment, and guts. It's your ability to go against the grain, to do what's right in your heart, to not go along with the crowd, the family, the corporation, the culture, or the masses. It's your independence and your ego. Ego has developed a negative reputation, but we need some ego to survive in the world. This way we take self-responsibility and don't become victims. This chakra is the part of us that knows that it's up to us to change. While the second chakra has to do with willingness to change, the third chakra has to do with taking the necessary action to create change. Our will takes us forward into positive action. When we say, "I will prepare my class," or "I will rehearse my choreography," we move into the field of action. While the second chakra is connected to the right to feel, the third chakra links us to the right to have.
We feel conflict in this chakra. The knots we that churn in our stomach or the sense of dread we feel before a confrontation... these are the sensations of the chords of the third chakra. They are giving you a powerful message. If someone makes you sick, pay attention. Gut feelings are accurate. So are first impressions.
A sense of humor, personal power, responsibility, self-control, inner discipline and optimism are all connected to this energy center. In Kundalini Yoga the third chakra corresponds to the positive mind. This part of the mind shows you the up side, benefits, and possibilities in a situation. Dancers who are autonomous, who warm themselves up, practice their choreography, and remember and apply their corrections are reflecting a healthy third chakra. They can work toward a goal and achieve it. They're not afraid of making mistakes. They are self motivated.
Self- doubt and low self-esteem are demons of the third chakra. Suffering in silence, staying in unhealthy situations, being manipulated or manipulating to get your way, and one-upmanship are examples of problems in this area. When we know that we deserve to be treated well, we behave differently. Sadly, many dancers don't feel they deserve basic respect and become accustomed to poor treatment or even abuse.
How do we heal the third chakra? Writer and psychic Sonia Choquette explains that we need to create "balanced sovereignty." According to her, the third chakra says, "I decide." I decide how I'm going to spend my time, doing what, and with who." Setting goals, taking steps towards them, keeping your focus, being proactive, and creating what you want keeps this energy center spinning brightly. Going after your dreams and creating success, accomplishment, and victory put us on track and in our power.

Energy Healing How does it Work

Distant healing belongs to the Integrative Medicine of the future. I have performed the energy assessment and healing at a distance for many years, and it soon became my favorite method of healing. The distance method has invaluable advantages. It is effective. When we heal a person in face, we feel in front of us equally energetic systems where energetic imbalance occurs temporarily. Effectiveness of our energy influence at close distances can be even less than when healing at a distance because of the interfering of energy fields. At a distance, we increase our energetic influence greatly, because we mentally put the image of the person in the space at no more than eight inches in height and perform healing using the same techniques as at close distance. Our mind effectively controls bio-energy at any distance. Distant balancing and energy work can be used to control people, situations, or behaviors.  An individual's ether "double" energetic body (an energetic matrix) contains his or her complete energetic information including all organs, parts and systems of the physical body. Whether healers perceive energy in a healee's bio-energy field at a close or any long distance, they "deal" with the ether "double" body. Sometimes the healing is called etheric. Performing bio-energy healing, healers also work with the ether "double" of the physical body, at first perceiving its energetic information and imbalances, and then, cleansing, balancing, normalizing, and healing the energy in the ether and physical bodies. Healing and normalizing imbalances on then ether level brings health, vital energy and balance to the physical body.

Distant healing is healing performed when the healee is not present. It is possible to transmit healing energies over any distance and this form of healing can be very effective. The healees may or may not be aware that this healing has been undertaken for them but may attain much benefit from it.

Chakra 2 the Energy Center

The Sexual Chakra - deals with personal relationships and sexual creativity.  The greatest need of this Chakra is to be respected and acknowledged, especially by family and friends.

This Energy Center affects fluids in the body and the urogenital system; it lubricates the body internally and represents the characteristic of water; it governs the sense of taste.  It affects diseases of the blood and reproductive organs and disorders.

The 2nd Chakra is associated with the ovaries in the female and the testes in the male.  When you meditate on this Chakra it releases tension, and develops sexuality and creativity.

A lotus flower with 6 petals - (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, & violet).  The color of this Chakra is ORANGE; it resonates to the note of D.  The Mantra  is Vam.  Aroma is ylang-ylang, and sandalwood.  The image in nature to focus on is moonlight or clear water.

Deep Root Chakra, The First Chakra

The color of the first Chakra is a deep red.  It is located at the base of our spine.  This center is connected to the coccyx or the tailbone.. The energies of the first chakra relates to basic necessities, continuation of the species, creator of life.  The is very connected to earth. What you came here into this life to do. The emotions it contains are personal survival,  fear.  The basic issues that  is  taking care of ones self.  This area is connected to the adrenal glands and the sexual organs. When this area is clear it is  connected to good self image security and grounded to the earth, so you are present and focused in life.

The Chakras Energy Center of the Human Body

The chakras are energy centers in the body that can be activated and harmonized using certain techniques. This can lead to improvements in physical and mental health, psychological stability, and inner peace.

These energy centers are neither physical nor anatomical. They are found in the subtle energy system. The chakras influence cells, organs, and the entire hormone system and affect one’s thoughts and feelings.

Each chakra forms a focal point for thousands of rays of subtle energy which are then directed outward. The chakras serve as a kind of way station in which energy is collected, transmitted, and made available for the ongoing process of an individual’s physical, mental, and spiritual life.

The chakras are actually transformers of subtle energy. They take the universal life energy that is always around us and transform it into the various frequencies our subtle energy system needs to keep us healthy.

QUANTUM HEALING

"Quantum" is the magic incantation that appears in virtually everything written on alternative medicine. It seems to be uttered in order to make all the inconsistencies, incoherences, and incompatibilities of a proposed scheme disappear in a puff of smoke. Since quantum mechanics is weird, anything weird must be quantum mechanics. "Einstein" is a name found frequently in the literature on bioenergetic fields. Albert Einstein was a brilliant physicist, perhaps the most influential physicist in history. Einstein's immortality rests on his two theories of relativity (E = mc2 and that sort of thing). Einstein was not the inventor of quantum mechanics and objected strongly to its anti-Newtonian and unpredictable character, saying famously, "God does not play dice." Still, Einstein contributed mightily to the development of quantum mechanics, especially with his photon theory. (Modern quantum mechanics is the progeny of a large group of early 20th century physicists such as Planck, Bohr, de Broglie, Heisenberg, Schrödinger, Pauli, Born, Jordan, and Dirac. Each of these men made contributions to quantum mechanics at least as important as Einstein's.)
Quantum mechanics is often claimed as support for mind-over-matter solutions to health problems. The way the observer is entangled with the object being observed in quantum mechanics is taken to mean that human consciousness actually controls reality. As a consequence, we can all think ourselves into health and, indeed, immortality. "Quantum healing" is based on a particularly misleading interpretation of quantum mechanics. Thus holistic healing can be associated with the rejection of classical, Newtonian physics.
Yet, holistic healing retains many ideas from eighteenth and nineteenth century physics. For example, electromagnetic fields were around well before quantum physics. It was Einstein himself who proposed that they are composed of measurable particles. And never mind that Einstein did away with the aether, the medium that nineteenth century physicists thought was doing the waving in an electromagnetic wave (and a few others thought might also be doing the waving for "psychic waves"). As the nineteenth century drew to a close, experiments by Michelson and Morley had failed to find evidence for the aether. This laid the foundation for Einstein's theory of relativity and his photon theory of light, both published in 1905. Electromagnetic radiation is now understood to be a fully material phenomenon. Photons of light have both inertial and gravitational mass (even though they have zero rest mass) and exhibit all the characteristics of material bodies. Electromagnetism is as material as breath, and an equally incredible candidate for the vital field.
Much as we might wish otherwise, the fact remains that no unique living force has ever been conclusively demonstrated to exist in scientific experiments. Of course, evidence for a life force might someday be found, but this is not what is claimed in the literature that promotes much of alternative medicine. There you will find the strong assertion that current scientific evidence exists for some entity beyond conventional matter, and that this claim is supported by modern physical theory - especially
quantum mechanics. Furthermore, the evidence is not to be found in the data from our most powerful telescopes or particle accelerators, probing beyond existing frontiers. Rather, it resides in vague, imprecise, anecdotal claims of the alleged curative powers of traditional folk remedies and other nostrums. These claims simply do not meet any reasonable application of scientific criteria. The bioenergetic field plays no role in the theory or practice of biology or scientific medicine. Vitalism and bioenergetic fields remain mere speculation - speculation that is not even needed to explain what is happening. If bioenergetic fields exist, then some two hundred years of physics, chemistry, and biology has to be re-evaluated.
Much of alternative medicine is based on claims that violate well established scientific principles. Those that require the existence of a bioenergetic field, whether therapeutic touch or acupuncture, should be asked to meet the same criteria as anyone else who claims a phenomenon whose existence goes beyond established science. They have an enormous burden of proof, and it is time that society laid it on their thin shoulders.

Its all Energy Medicine
The word medicine is derived from the Latin ars medicina, meaning the art of healing.

It encompasses a range of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
