Breath is Powerful Energy

Breath is the vital life force energy that pulses through the universe and sustains all life. It is a permeating energy that penetrates all spaces and is a natural birthright of all living creatures. It costs nothing and as it is inexhaustible, gives of "itself" freely. Breath is available to us through clean air, sun, water, healthy foods, movement, touch, companionship, community, energy of our ancestors and other energetic sources.

We are a Part of the Whole

Humans are energy beings, and human bodies correspond to energies fluctuating in the cosmos. The roots of human problems are energy problems. Thought is followed by energy. Emotions and feelings may be described as energy actions. When any energy problems are left uncontrolled in the energy system for a long time, all the energetic imbalances may become physical problems or illnesses. Once any problem is corrected and eliminated energetically, the physical state is balanced as well. Humans' energy systems and their energy problems may be corrected with healing energy. The human energy may be cleansed, balanced, normalized and healed. Healing on the energetic level brings physical health.

The Heart is an Electromagnetic Field

One can understand the powerful synchrony generated by friendly encounters. Love can literally be understood as resonance between cells. The Heart , when  focus on centering the heart and connecting with a universal source of energy, it is a simple way to increase the coherent power of the heart’s electromagnetic field.

Electrocardiogram or ECG readings of the heart confirm that the human body produces an electrical field which radiates 12 to 15 feet beyond the body. Recent research suggests, as well, that the electromagnetic (or em) energy produced by the heart spirals out and curves back towards the heart in the shape of a torus, the shape of a donut ring. This torus is holographic; any point within the torus has access to the information of the whole field of the heart. This means that any point within the heart’s electromagnetic field contains all the frequencies of the heart’s spectrum.

If electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, any point in the heart has access not only to the heart field, but also to universal information. According to Pearce, the universe is a "nested hierarchy of toroid energy systems that extend possibly from the minuscule atom to human to planet, solar system, and ultimately, the galaxy". Being centered in the heart is, in effect, being centered in the universe, allowing one access to an universal source of power.

Zero Point Energy

Physicists tell us that the physical body is an organized field of molecular vibrations existing within an atmosphere and universe of smaller, subatomic or quantum vibrations. Our universe of invisible quantum vibrations is referred to as the zero point field.

In addition, our physical body's molecular vibratory structure has as its' substructure and foundation a smaller, quantum matrix of vibrations connected to and part of the zero point field.

The common name for our human matrix of quantum vibrations is the aura.  Traditional approaches to human health generally attempt to effect healing change at the molecular vibratory level.

One of the numerous medical examples of attempts to effect healthy change at the molecular vibratory level is the bio-chemical effect of every prescription.

Although traditional molecular approaches towards health have many effective applications, it fails to encompass the quantum vibratory matrix that is the foundation of the human being.

All quantum mechanical systems have a zero point energy. The term arises commonly in reference to the ground state of the quantum harmonic oscillator and its null oscillations.

In quantum field theory, it is a synonym for the vacuum energy, an amount of energy associated with the vacuum of empty space. In cosmology, the vacuum energy is taken to be the origin of the cosmological constant.

In physics, the Casimir effect or Casimir-Polder force is a physical force exerted between separate objects due to resonance of all-pervasive energy fields in the intervening space between the objects. Experimentally, the zero point energy of the vacuum leads directly to the Casimir effect, and is directly observable in nanoscale devices.

Because zero point energy is the lowest possible energy a system can have, this energy cannot be removed from the system. A related term is zero point field, which is the lowest energy state of a field, i.e. its ground state, which is nonzero.
